El Consejo General del Instituto Estatal Electoral y de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana de Nuevo Le\u00f3n (IEEPCNL) determin\u00f3 que no resulta necesario realizar alg\u00fan ajuste en la asignaci\u00f3n de Diputaciones locales de representaci\u00f3n proporcional para integrar el Congreso del Estado, y subsisten las constancias que el Instituto otorg\u00f3, al cumplir con una orden de la Sala Regional Monterrey del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF), en sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria de este 22 de agosto.<\/div>\n

En ese sentido, el d\u00eda de hoy, al dictar sentencia en el expediente SM-JRC-341\/2024 y acumulados, la Sala Regional declar\u00f3 la reincorporaci\u00f3n de la votaci\u00f3n recibida en la casilla 1751 b\u00e1sica; que el Tribunal Electoral del Estado (TEE) hab\u00eda anulado; determin\u00f3 la firmeza de la constancia de mayor\u00eda y validez respectiva, y la declaratoria de validez de la elecci\u00f3n impugnada; y orden\u00f3 al Consejo General que determinara si con lo anterior, habr\u00eda alg\u00fan ajuste en la asignaci\u00f3n de Diputaciones de representaci\u00f3n proporcional, dando un plazo de 8 horas a partir de la notificaci\u00f3n de dicho fallo.<\/div>\n

Cabe se\u00f1alar que dicha sentencia fue notificada al IEEPCNL, hoy, a las 19:25 horas.<\/div>\n
