{"id":161627,"date":"2023-09-04T22:31:02","date_gmt":"2023-09-05T04:31:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.agenciare.site\/index\/?p=161627"},"modified":"2023-09-04T22:31:02","modified_gmt":"2023-09-05T04:31:02","slug":"aprueban-modificacion-de-ley-de-residuos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agenciare.site\/index\/archivos\/161627","title":{"rendered":"APRUEBAN MODIFICACI\u00d3N DE LEY DE RESIDUOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5><\/h5>\n<div>\n<p>La Septuag\u00e9sima Sexta Legislatura del Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 reformas a la Ley para la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>La Diputada Itzel Castillo mencion\u00f3 que se aval\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del Sistema Estatal de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos, que fungir\u00e1 como un sistema de coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional, buscando garantizar la eficiencia en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ley Propuesta y Generales.<\/p>\n<p>Con las reformas, se crea el Sistema Estatal de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos, que fungir\u00e1 como un sistema de coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional; se establecen programas de prevenci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n integral de los residuos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Establece la transferencia y procedimiento met\u00f3dico para fomentar infraestructura municipal hacia la reducci\u00f3n del residuo, as\u00ed como el aprovechamiento por tecnolog\u00eda, promoviendo el re\u00faso de los residuos&#8221;, dijo la diputada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Estas instalaciones tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1n que la recolecci\u00f3n sea eficiente, ya que habr\u00e1 menos afectaci\u00f3n en el recorrido, y por ende disminuyan las emisiones ocasionadas en la cadena del residuo, tanto en confinamiento como en el sistema actual&#8221;, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El dictamen fue aprobado por la mayor\u00eda de los Legisladores.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Septuag\u00e9sima Sexta Legislatura del Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 reformas a la Ley para la Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos del Estado.
